A relaxing weekend getaway

The gardens and pool were super relaxing, making it a perfect spot to unwind. I enjoyed my time soaking in the sun and experiencing the warm hospitality of the staff.

Unfortunately, the experience was marred by the inconsistent hot water supply. It was quite disappointing, especially during my morning shower when I was hoping for warmth after a long night.

Had issues with room cleanliness and overbooking.

The absence of Wi-Fi and a phone in the room made communication difficult. Additionally, the cleanliness left much to be desired—found hair on the bed and the toiletries were overdue for a refresh. I also encountered inconsistent hot water during showers, which was quite inconvenient.

The pool area was vibrant with great music and drinks.

I faced significant issues during my stay. Upon arrival, I was told my room was not available due to overbooking, which was extremely frustrating after a long journey. Additionally, I found the staff to be unhelpful and unsympathetic to my situation. The cleanliness standards were disappointing as well, with hair found in my bed and unrefreshed toiletries.

Had an awesome time with my friends! The Deluxe Double or Twin Room with Pool View was spacious and perfect for chilling out together. We enjoyed the pool area and various activities like snorkeling nearby. The resort atmosphere was fun, and we loved the billiards in the recreational area. A great place to relax after our adventures.

One downside was the inconsistent hot water supply during our stay, which was frustrating at times.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The pool view from my room was serene, providing a beautiful backdrop for relaxation. I particularly enjoyed the garden view. it added a nice touch to the ambiance throughout my stay.

The room was comfortable, with clean beds and a cozy atmosphere. Enjoyed the delicious gyu-don dishes served during breakfast, adding a delightful culinary experience. However, the lack of Wi-Fi in the room was disappointing, impacting connectivity, and I encountered a minor cleanliness issue in the bathroom during my stay. Additionally, the service at times felt understaffed, which affected response times for service requests.

The Deluxe Double or Twin Room with Pool View was spacious and super comfy, perfect for our group! The clean beds made it easy to relax. I loved having a little living area at the entrance to chill and store our bags. Just a bummer there was no Wi-Fi in the room, which made it tough to stay connected.

I had a decent stay for 2 nights with family, enjoyed the clean and comfortable room while the pool area was a perfect spot to unwind. However, the issue with limited hot water detracted from the experience.
